Any Video Converter is a video converter developed by Anvsoft Inc. for Microsoft Windows and macOS.[3] It is available in both a free and paid version. Any Video Converter Windows version won the CNET Downloads 5 star award in 2012.[4]

The software converts most video files into other formats such as AVI, MOV, MP4, FLV, WMV, MP3, etc.[5][6][7]
This freeware also performs functions such as downloading videos from online video-sharing sites such as YouTube, Niconico, MetaCafe, etc. Users can edit videos as they like such as cutting, rotating, flipping, adding video effects, combining multiple videos into one file. It also allows users to create HTML5 videos with embedding code ready to use for websites, burn videos to DVD or AVCHD DVD disc, boost video conversion speed up to 10X faster with CUDA acceleration.[citation needed] It can also use AMD APP Encoder and Inter QSV for X264/H264, X265/H265 video encoding.[citation needed]

Windows Vista Magazine had a tutorial on converting video files with the software for viewing on a PSP in its April 2007 issue.[8] The software was also reviewed in 2008 by MacLife for its capability to convert files for viewing on an iPod.[10]

What does AnyMP4 Video Converter do?
This software enables users to convert DVD and video files into several other formats, including 3GP, ASF, AVI, FLV, M2TS, MOV, MP4, MPEG, MKV, RMVB, TS, VOB, and even HD files.
Our Findings
The software immediately starts to download and finishes within a minute or two. The first pop-up prompt asks if you want to register and purchase the product, which you can opt out of in order to experience the free trial. The home screen features different tabs for performing different tasks, including Load Disc, Add File, and Edit.
We chose a file to test it out and clicked the large Convert button in the bottom right corner of the screen. This file was a decent size, so converting to an MP4 file took 2 minutes. We imagine converting a DVD file would take much longer, but that should be expected when using this software.
After converting the file, various capabilities are presented to personalize the finished product to your specific liking, which is definitely a plus side to this software. Some of these options include Rename the file, view Properties, play the converted file, and even Merge it with another to make one super-file. Clicking on Edit brings you to a pop-up screen with the options to change the brightness, saturation, volume, contrast, and hue, the abilities to de-interlace, trim the file, crop the file, and even add your own watermark on the file (which is awesome!).
Though the AnyMP4 Video Converter interface is simple to use, the website offers free technical support via e-mail and will respond to any inquiries within 24 hours.
